Delta Omicron Alpha Military Sorority, Inc. diligently protects its Marks and vigorously pursues persons or entities that violate its Marks and intellectual property rights; and, vigorously pursues persons and entities that market products bearing Delta's Marks without having obtained authorization. Only active Delta Omicron Alpha Military Sorority, Inc. Members and certified Vendors who have paid a $500 Vendor fee and filled out a Vendor application are allowed to use, wear, or distribute anything with the DOA Trademark.   

 

Delta Omicron Alpha Military Sorority, Inc. has registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“PTO”) and U.S. Customs Office our trademark and service marks, including those listed in the Schedule A. For: 

 

Association services, namely, organizing chapters of a sorority and promoting the interests of the members thereof:  International Class(es): 035 - Primary Class    U.S Class(es): 100, 101, 102 

 

Clothing, namely, T-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, jackets, hats, shirts, pants, shoes, socks, jogging suits, sweat suits, polo shirts, sweat pants, sweaters, bandannas, sweat bands, boots, gym shoes, tennis shoes: International Class(es):  025 - Primary Class     U.S Class(es): 022, 039
